Escape the City for a relaxing getaway weekend or longer. “Woodvale” is a granite cottage constructed in about 1853 and restored in 2000. Set on 2 ha of land on the edge of Cooma, it is a very comfortable cottage, enjoying exclusivity and privacy. The cottage has three bedrooms, two living areas, spacious verandas and a BBQ terrace. Pets are allowed at the Cottage.

The restoration of the cottage is in keeping with the age of the stone building, and the granite walls are feature in the main living area. Warm and cosy, “Woodvale” offers accommodation for up to six people in two bedrooms and a small single bedroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a washing machine and dryer available for use by guests.

The cottage is surrounded by a fully fenced house yard, and there is a larger paddock area.

There is resident Cats Pixie & Woody

2 Ponies, 4 Alpacas, Chooks & Sheep.

Guests are able to interact with animals, feed them if they wish to do so and collect the fresh eggs from the chooks for breakfast.

Guests pets are more then welcome to come along for a holiday and enjoy the space and freedom offered by “Woodvale”
